Mark and I just wanted to thank everyone involved with Opening Night for helping to make it an absolute success. Those long nights and last minute pani graphics savedthe show, and our necks.

We have received great reviews on the panis, and the video projection. Very cool and innovative. The set piece was fantastic, and all the guys down there really nailed it.

James Dowd, Washington Capitals

As always it was a pleasure working with you all. We received great compliments about the evening and the "wow" finish.

... I have to admit that I got burned by going with (name omitted) for effects. We made a lot of last-minute cutbacks which didn't help but the stuff they did was just very weak form a creative standpoint. The laser graphics they did were not even close to what I'm used to seeing from Amy and your crew. I actually had to strip everything down and really re-invent my open the night before our opener. So, I'm sure you're not happy to hear that, but next time we're in need of special effects I'm going to you guys...

Ben Peirce Game Entertainment Manager Los Angeles Kings

Thanks to the Image Engineering staff for all your technical and creative help throughout this process. We should all be proud of what we accomplished and it's always fun to work with such nice people. I loved the show as well and have heard nothing but good things from everyone I've talked to.

Mark Tamar - Washington Capitals

The Capitals welcomed 16,325 fans - some still feeling jilted over the lockout that wiped out a season - to the 18,277-seat arena with a pregame street festival and an opening ceremony that looked like something out of the Olympic Games. The theme intertwined the return of hockey with the creation of the universe, and the players skated onto the ice carrying glowing, plastic torches.

Laser beams, lighting, and image projection for Event Solutions Expo 2004.

Thank you so much for being a part of our team in creating an "Out of This World" experience at the "Fabulous Showcase" party for Event Solutions this past week. The both of you were so helpful, polite and extremely professional to work with. I simply cannot express my appreciation for all that you did by providing the lasers in our "space." Thank you again,

Steve Bales (Bold American Catering)

I can't say enough good things about the Monday night event, and more importantly, I can't say enough good things about all of you! You were incredible to work with, incredible talent, cool under pressure and most of all, we made a great team....

Todd Thompson, Senior Producer - PGI, Inc.

I was at the Trans Siberian Orchestra show here in Phoenix in December 2003 - I actually told my husband I had never seen such an INCREDIBLE laser light show. Then your card arrives and I see you were the ones who did it!!!!! Thanks for jogging my brain about a fabulous experience from last year's holiday season. You guys ROCKED that show!!!!!

Corinne Z. Dudine, Education Director & Trade Show Manager - Event Solutions

YAG and Ar+Kr lasers for Trans Siberian Orchestra.

Just back from the event and wanted to tell you how amazing it was. Deb kept telling me the fireworks were "a go." I thought she was - and your crew were - nuts. But, lo and behold, at 9:40 pm there were the most amazing fireworks in the pouring rain. And the lasers and the space cannons were on, and the crowd cheered. I finally took a breath after holding the last one in for about three days!
Thanks to your team, I look like a star. But, I know it took the dedication and perseverance of the Image Engineering team to do this. I tried to thank everyone I could find, but please express my gratitude to those I couldn't find.

Karen Spiro, Eventures
